Learner Profile

The learner profile contains information about a learner’s activity and history in Infosec IQ. The learner profile is divided into four main sections:

  • Learner Timeline
  • System Details
  • PhishSim
  • AwareEd

Learner Timeline

Actions performed by learners are logged in a timeline event with the timestamp and contextual information about the event. For example when a learner completes an AwareEd campaign the timeline event will contain the course name, and when a learner gets phished the timeline event will contain the PhishSim template name and IP address.

Timeline events are shown in descending order with the newest first. Note that only the most recent 200 timeline events are displayed on a learner’s profile, but all learner timeline events are accessible through the API. For a list of all timeline events, see Timeline Events Definitions.

System Details

System Details contains general information about learner activity irrespective of a PhishSim or AwareEd campaign. The following information is found in System Details:

Last Visit The learner’s most recent visit.
Last Visit IP The IP address of the learner at the time of their last visit.

Last AD Login When Active Directory Sync is used, this will update with the date and time of the learner’s last AD login.
PhishNotify Connections Count The number of times that the learner’s PhishNotify has connected to Infosec IQ.
Email Bouncing If a learner’s email is bouncing, it means that Infosec IQ attempted to send an email and encountered a permanent failure. See below for more information.
Deliverable Emails If Infosec IQ is unable to deliver emails to a learner for any reason, this will display “No.”
